At RCMA Makeup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional beauty products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is protected and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
